Utilities are all included and it’s in a beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood (Silver Spring). We are very close to grocery stores, a shopping center (Westfield mall) and 2 blocks away from the Sligo Creek path (great running path)!  

Parking is also included if you own a car. You are only about a 10 min drive to NIH campus, Medical Center.
