Your upstairs neighbors include a NIH scientist and a MoCo MD. We have our own bedrooms, baths, kitchen, living areas, and  backyard. What's important is mutual respect and regard for one another. Past housemates include NIH fellows, staff scientists, many of whom remain long-term friends.
