Precise control of the room's average temperature is available.

As you can see, this room has a minifridge, desk, chair, large dresser, and a Queen-sized bed. The house has a gas-powered stove, washer, drier, time and temperature programmable convection and microwave oven with rice cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, fireplace, weight room, dining room, deck, outdoor grill, hammock, guest room, and an additional movie room for entertaining guests outside the room if so desired.

At no additional cost (i.e., it is pre-paid and you wouldn't save any money by unsubscribing), the TV in the movie room gets Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO, Cinemax, ESPN+, Disney+, Starz, and several networks each having hundreds of live TV channels. Most of the content will play in surround sound and on a 4K 65". The video shows the primary space, but it also goes through how this system works.

All common areas are cleaned regularly. All dishes are sterilized. Tenants have voting rights ensure, e.g., that someone they didn't ever like moves in later on. So, if you stay long enough, you will end up helping to select your housemates.

We have a no smoking policy, and we are not 410 friendly.
