Private, furnished master bedroom in a 3BR apartment in North Bethesda - only for a female professional who is working/studying on the NIH campus or the HHS buildings on Fishers Lane (international NIH intern, or fellow, post doc, post bac or attending clinical observational studies, etc). • Furnished master bedroom -it has one full bed, a desk, lamps and a TV stand (a twin bed can be added by request)
• there are two sets of sheets, pillows, comforter, a few towels for your use
• Private bathroom with shower cabin
• Microwave and small fridge for your independent use
• Two closets with plenty of shelves
• Utilities and WiFi included
• Access to cook meals on our stove/ use our dishwasher, and have extra freezer space in our fridge
• You can use our pots, silverware and kitchen utensils
• Free household supplies such as TP, paper towels, dish/laundry detergent
• Convenient Public transportation; The bus station is right in front of the building complex and it takes a few minutes by bus to go to the Twinbrook Metro station on the Red line. Walking distance to Fishers Lane HHS offices. NIH/Medical Center metro station is the third from Twinbrook.

You will share the condo with a female professional working from home and her pre-teen daughter, as well as their cat. In case of a short term overlap there could also be one other female professional in the house. We are looking for a positive roommate experience, where mutual respect and safety are a must. If you are traveling abroad to the US for the first time, you will have the best advantage: with us - you don’t have just a room to stay, you have a supportive host family who could make a big difference in your experience.
