Pleasant unit in nice private home with street level access, separate entry, 1 bedroom, good sized living room, small bath with shower, and kitchenette without a stove/oven.  However, tenant may use main kitchen when timing is arranged with owner.  Washer and dryer next to kitchenette. 

Recently painted/carpeted. $1200 unfurnished or semi-furnished; $1300 fully furnished.    Option to have cleaning 1/month or every other week with owner’s cleaning service. 

Quiet, safe, dead-end street with nice neighbors and ample parking. 1 block to Ride on Bus, 10 minutes bus to Medical Center metro. Walk to YMCA.

I’ve rented this unit for 35 years and have had excellent experience.  Last tenant stayed 7 years until she bought her own house.  Tenant must have three excellent references and love dogs.  I have large, friendly German Shepherd who uses dog door next to kitchenette to get to back yard but is blocked from LR and BR.  I worked for HHS for 27 years.
