Looking for a single male to rent the room, located in Rockville, MD.  There is a private entrance.  You will have to share the bathroom with one other single male.  There is a kitchen, washer & dryer, A/C and heating, wifi, and street parking (if you have a vehicle).  No visitors allowed (for the safety of the other room renters). No pets allowed. No drinking and smoking inside the house.  The bus stop is less than a 10 minute walk.  Aspen Hill shopping center is less than 10 min walk.  NIH and Walter Reed are located 20-25 mins via vehicle and bus transportation is about 30 minutes-45 minutes depending on traffic.
