Hi we have some furnished spaces you can probably get a tour of today starting at $750.  The pictures of this ad are for a $1200/month suit with private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette.

LOCATION: Kensington, northeast of NIH. Bus takes 14 minutes (Ride on Route 34). Nearest restaurants (at mall’s Costco entrance) are a 7-minute walk away. The neighborhood is 12.44/1.73=7.2 times safer then DC and is even 40% safer than Bethesda. This could be especially important these days. Unless you want to live far from a metro stop, it’s also quieter here because most other metro stops are above ground. The cost to get keys is the security deposit.  It will be refunded on your last day provided you had given two-weeks' notice.  That said, most people stay more like a year or so.

To apply to live here you need to pay $50 towards the security deposit.  If you get a yes vote from each housemate, you could move in.  But, if anyone votes no, it’s refunded.  Voting takes less than 24 hours, so you would know your status quickly. Once you are a housemate, you'll be able to vote on this and other things as well to help ensure you get along with anyone.  This voting system exists despite of the fact that this suite is largely self contained because if you are here you'd have the option of using many of the shared spaces if you wanted to, you'd definitely want to, at the very least, take advantage of the free laundry (including any specific detergents you prefer). 

SUITE DETAILS: It's about 550 square feet and has a private entrance, nice balcony, private bathroom, kitchenette, tub, shower, and large toilet, a queen bed, a few desks, a dresser, a few chairs, Keurig coffee maker, and a closet with an iron and ironing board. The temperature can by anything between 60F and 80F.  Everything not new in the room will be washed, including the pillows, and the mattress will be fully aired out. The room's 42" TV is connected to a 7.0 Surround Sound system powered by a home theater PC and a Roku 4 allowing theater-like movie viewings.  It is pre-registered for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Paramount+, over 50 local channels, and any movie not on the system is free if you can convince someone else in the house to also watch.

House details: This is a large house with a working fireplace, weight room, rec room with 65” 4K with the on-demand movie libraries listed above in surround sound 5.1. The kitchen has most of the gadgets you blissfully but mistakenly thought you’d use. You'll also be able to use office equipment like copiers, printers, and scanners. All of the chores are done by someone, the common areas are cleaned regularly, all the dishes are sterilized, unlimited coffee and tea using filtered water, grocery delivery if you don't own a car, free household supplies such as TP, paper towels, laundry detergents, stain removers, and bleaches. There’s a home gym, deck, outdoor grill, hammock, and forestry area. The house air is filtered with two hospital-grade Merv 14 / MPR 2800 filters. We use these because some studies correlate air quality to brain health. Another benefit is avoiding allergy drugs. Also, it is supposed to block any viruses.

House atmosphere: We're sort of like the Friends TV show.   We have a game night and do stuff together when there’s time including some athletic events. 50% male 50% female and we have no sex preferences for the person who would take this suite.
